Cancellation Policy

Cancelling a booking

• Cancellations communicated at least 14 days before the arrival date entitle you to a full refund of the amount paid, net of any bank charges.
• For cancellations communicated less than 14 days before arrival, no refund is due and the amount paid is retained as a penalty.
• In the event of a no-show (failure to arrive without notice) or early departure, the full amount of the booked stay is charged.

Changing a booking

Requests to change dates or the length of your stay must be communicated in writing and are subject to availability. Management reserves the right to apply rate adjustments based on the new requested dates.

Force majeure

In case of extraordinary and unforeseeable events (force majeure), Dimora Zammarrico reserves the right, at its discretion, to offer alternative solutions such as moving the booking or issuing a voucher, without any obligation of monetary refund.

Acceptance
